Full house flip

YK Contracting is proud to have partnered up with Nelson Camp over at N-Gage Properties along with Abel Gutierrez at Titan Development to bring you this house flip. With the clients vision in mind we were able to transform this dated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house into a beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home fit for a growing family. By opening up the partition wall and reorganizing the cabinetry layout, we were able to create an open concept space that is pleasing to the eye. The bathroom was fully gutted and fitted with a new bathtub and finished with a U-Tile tub surround system for a fresh new look. An ensuite bathroom was installed in the upstairs master bedroom for efficiency and convenience. We’re very happy with the way this project turned out.
